With nothing on the “to do” list of my Tivo, I did my usual search by wishlist category dance and prayed that something interesting would come up.

On July 11th, Intimate Portrait: Bobbi Brown is on LRW at 6am.  I have seen this particular episode from 2001, and while it is from 8 years ago, the show is quite well done.  Because it is hard to believe it was from nearly a decade ago, that is a true testament to the influence the Bobbi Brown has had on the makeup world with her neutral palettes.

July 13th, watch The Today Show during your morning routine and catch their segment on Summer Makeup.

Wife Swap is on July 17th, and although not a normal pick, the mother of a beauty queen who is a self confessed makeup addict swaps places with a wife who thinks beauty should come from within and refuses to wear makeup.

On July 19th, Domminick Dunne: Power, Privelege and Justice airs a show titled Crimes of Fashion. The trials and tribulations of the Gucci family is explored on TrueTV.

Food Makeup Artist

And if we want to make sure we look good on camera, why not our food?  I just thought this was an interesting take on the makeup artist industry.  Food Network will have a food makeup artist featured on the show Will Work For Food and July 19th.
